Gas station owner Juan Manuel "El Mono" Muñoz Luévano, sentenced in the United States for money laundering for Los Zetas , yesterday distanced himself from the case of the 15 million liters of hydrocarbons seized in Ramos Arizpe and stated that the Coahuila State Police are the ones protecting fuel smuggling in the state.
