For more than five hours on a Friday afternoon in a temperature of nearly 32 degrees, CNTE teachers taught lessons in blockades and chaos by closing Paseo de la Reforma and Avenida Insurgentes at their intersection, as well as the center lanes of the Circuito Interior.
