At the People's Morning Press Conference, he stated that "we do not agree that you have to pay to consume, because this card has a price and, in addition, it is branded with the event logo , which means that they are also giving it promotion."

The head of Profeco stated that it was reviewed that "the bank that gives the brand to this system in festivals and events only acts as a sponsor, so we immediately called Ocesa and reached an agreement that the events and festivals in which they operate will no longer sell the Cashless device , will no longer charge a commission for preloading and will no longer charge a commission for cash return."
He said this was good news for the protection of people attending festivals and concerts.
