The first day of Tecate Emblema activities was filled with diverse talents from genres including pop, rock, hyperpop, and even electronica. According to the organizers, 44,237 people gathered at the Hermanos Rodríguez Racetrack.

The afternoon was filled with artists such as Yami Safed, Jacinto, and Natasha Bedingfield, who delighted the audience with their romantic songs.

One thing that stood out was that in the middle of the performance of Prince's cover of "Purple Rain," a young woman suffered heat stroke, a situation that caused the singer to stop the show until she was treated.

And the high temperatures that reached up to 31°C in the capital had attendees stocked with beer and water to cope with the heat.

Although the capacity wasn't comparable to previous editions , those who attended the event were able to enjoy the activations and music without being crowded.

Another project also present was Sofi Tukker , an electronic duo who performed their live set. As the afternoon drew to a close, beach visuals and tropical sounds became apparent.

Alongside Sofi Tukker 's performance, American singer Rebecca Black made an appearance in the Dreams Tent . Hyperpop and pop were the genres that stood out in her set.

Accompanied by two dancers and a message in favor of the LGBTTTIQ+ community , songs such as "TRUST!", "Friday", and "Sugar Water Cyanide" were played, which could not be missed.

She also performed a cover of Katy Perry's "Ur So Gay" in gratitude for being part of her recent US tour, The Lifetimes Tour.

To close, he wore a sign on his chest that read "Homo Is Life" in support of the gay community.

The time for classics arrived with The B-52s , who, 45 years after their first concert, are still touring, performing classics like "Love Shack" and "Red Lobster."

In the final part, electronic music was present with Patrick Miller who brought his mobile disco to Emblema and played some Italo disco and High Energy songs.

If I'm talking about a mobile disco, I couldn't miss the play of lights and smoke , a classic that has been seen on the streets of Mexico City.

One of the acts in charge of closing the night was David Guetta , who presented his show The Monolith , whose production features lights, fire and a monolith in the center.
