The judge in the Amador case summons the tax inspectors for March 21 after he refused to testify

Madrid - CET
The judge investigating Alberto González Amador for tax fraud has summoned two tax inspectors for March 21, hours after the partner of President Isabel Díaz Ayuso refused to testify . The statement, scheduled for 10:00 a.m., seeks to have them ratify or clarify their reports, according to what EL PAÍS has learned.
The magistrate of the 19th Court of Instruction, María Inmaculada Iglesias, rejected this morning Amador's request to suspend the proceedings until the Provincial Court decides whether he should be investigated for more crimes. The judge refused because she considers that the two cases are independent. Now, she has given a boost to the case for tax fraud, which has barely advanced since she charged the businessman 11 months ago, due to the fact that the statements of those under investigation had been suspended on four occasions.
