These are the 33 cardinals with a chance of becoming the next 'black Pope'

The medical condition of the Supreme Pontiff , Pope Francis , has raised questions about possible successors to the role of the highest authority in the Catholic Church. In the year 2025, the notion that one of Nostradamus' predictions would come true gained strength: the appearance of the "black Pope."

Recognizing that the prophecies of Nostradamus and St. Malachy suggest that the arrival of a Pope of African descent or a Jesuit leader could mark the end of times. In this context, Francis , being the first Pope from the Jesuit order, has also been associated with these predictions, and a successor of his could strengthen this interpretation.
