You don't learn: Tycoon wants to go back down in a submarine to see the Titanic

Burbujas District.- A tycoon is about to board a submarine again to explore the remains of the Titanic, and we couldn't help but remember the old adage: "you trip over the same stone twice."
As we all remember (largely thanks to the recreation shown on Venga la Alegría ), the Titan submersible, developed by the company OceanGate , imploded when it was descending towards the place where the Titanic ocean liner lies.
That this submarine will now be safe, God's truth.Close-up video footage shows the wreckage of the OceanGate Titan submersible resting on the seabed near the Titanic's bow. The submersible imploded in June 2023, claiming the lives of all five people onboard. pic.twitter.com/6MuhPkvPQ2

Although one would think they'd have put the matter to rest, another company, Triton Submarines, claims to be working on a new submersible for expeditions to the famous shipwreck. And not only that: a billionaire is already willing to pay $10 million to go on the first trip.
This has led to speculation that the mysterious tycoon could be none other than Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos .
“In addition to being a historically significant shipwreck, the fact that it lies so deep makes it fascinating to visit,” Patrick Lahey, Triton’s chief executive, told the New York Post .

The tycoon reportedly hopes to make a big announcement about his next "feat," as he would be the first to visit the Titanic via the Triton submersible, which he must consider an achievement... or something like that.
"I heard someone's going down to the Titanic in a couple of weeks. What I can tell you is that he's a multimillionaire. It'll cost $10 million to get down there. If I told you his name, you'd recognize him instantly," Lahey said.
