A&G signs with JB Capital to strengthen its M&A advisory team.

A&G has expanded its team with a new hire from JB Capital, Javier Botín's firm . The Spanish private banking firm has added Fernando Pujadas as its new M&A specialist to further strengthen its corporate transaction advisory team.
Pujadas, who joins from JB Capital , has more than eight years of experience in investment banking and financial analysis, having participated in M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions in the healthcare, industrial, technology, and real estate sectors. Previously, he also worked at BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse.
A law graduate from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles and holding a master's degree from the same institution, Pujadas joins the A&G team to strengthen the firm's value proposition in the mid-market segment, bringing experience advising family offices and institutional investors on complex transactions.
Pujadas will join A&G's M&A team, led by Sergio de Dompablo, who believes that "Fernando's addition strengthens our ability to offer high-value strategic advice, while maintaining the personalized approach and closeness that define our firm."
A&G has over a decade of experience in strategic M&A consulting, with over 150 transactions analyzed and an aggregate volume exceeding €1.6 billion.
