A man was stabbed in Tarragona during a street fight and ended up in hospital with serious injuries

A man was stabbed during the night of Tuesday, February 25 in Tarragona during a street fight. After the attack, the victim was taken to the Joan XXIII Hospital in a serious condition, although his life is not in danger, according to information published by the Diari de Tarragona .

According to the aforementioned media, this is the second stabbing recorded in the same neighbourhood in just four days: the Campclar neighbourhood in Tarragona. Last Saturday, 22 February, another man showed up at the CAP La Granja with a stab wound.

The incident on Saturday took place on the Rambla Ponent, near the scene of the new attack on Tuesday. However, the victim's injuries were much more superficial than those of the last incident.

The latest case took place on Riu Llobregat street, at around 9:20 p.m., due to a fight between two people. The Mossos d'Esquadra have assured the aforementioned media that it is not a fight between clans, but rather an argument between two people that ended with an assault with a knife.
