Press conference following the Council of Ministers | The Government announces the terms of BBVA's takeover bid for Sabadell, live streaming

Minister Spokesperson Pilar Alegría will appear alongside Third Vice President of the Government and Minister for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Sara Aagesen, and Minister of Economy, Trade, and Business, Carlos Cuerpo, to explain the Council of Ministers' agreements.

The Council of Ministers will decide this Tuesday whether to impose more conditions on BBVA in the takeover bid launched for Banco Sabadell for reasons of public interest, an operation that has shareholders of both entities on tenterhooks and which the Government has opposed.
