Dimayor confirmed Millonarios-Tolima and postponed Fortaleza vs. Nacional due to Shakira concerts

Dimayor confirmed this Wednesday that the match between Millonarios and Deportes Tolima will take place on the date and time originally scheduled, Sunday at 5:30 p.m., at the El Campín stadium.

However, the match between Fortaleza and Nacional, which was to be played at the same venue on Saturday, was postponed due to logistical issues.

The Páramo company, which was in charge of the production and installation of Shakira's two concerts in Bogotá, has agreed to deliver the stadium with the stage dismantled so that football can be played at El Campín on Sunday.

On Monday, the District Commission for Security, Convenience and Coexistence for Football in Bogotá had refused to authorize the holding of these two games, as well as the women's league game between Millonarios and Orsomarso, which was to be a preliminary to the men's game.

"The timeline between the end of the concert and the dismantling of the entire stage and the production of Shakira's concert, to be held on February 26 and 27, does not allow for the stadium to be fully operational and would create additional risks for fans and even the players themselves," the Commission announced.

Now, Páramo has committed to leaving the stadium ready for Sunday's match. The game between Fortaleza and Atlético Nacional has been postponed to Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.

This also forced the scheduling of the match between Llaneros and La Equidad, in Villavicencio, to be moved forward by one hour and will start at 6:30 in the afternoon.

The game between the women's teams of Millonarios and Orsomarso was scheduled for Monday at 3 p.m., although Dimayor has not yet determined which stadium it will be played in.
