PAN will ask the Court to annul the results of the judicial election

MEXICO CITY (apro) - The National Action Party (PAN) announced that it will file a challenge to the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) to annul the results of the judicial elections held on June 1.
He announced that he seeks to represent the just over 90 million Mexicans who rejected the reform and judicial elections, and therefore designed a legal defense strategy using the "interested third party" approach.
The national leadership of the blue and white party announced that they have 72 hours to present these challenges to the SCJN and the TEPJF.
"It's clear that Morena, through accordions, as the INE has already stated, mobilized in favor of the candidates nominated by the Executive Branch," said Roberto Gil Zuarth.
Jorge Triana, spokesperson for the National Electoral Council (CEN) of the PAN, along with Roberto Gil Zuarth, lawyer, and Santiago Torreblanca, coordinator of legal affairs for the party, announced at a press conference that irregularities had been found in 818 polling stations.
They reported that there were 37 accordion models distributed across 15 states; 70% of the models were inconsistent in Chiapas, and an average of 80% were identical to those in national cargo accordions.
