Hazebrouck (59): the Ivorian migrant is still in France despite an OQTF… he cheats the train and takes out his penis in front of the ticket inspector
A man wanted for an OQTF (Order of Foreigners) was arrested at Hazebrouck station after exposing his genitals and attempting to conceal his identity.
The latter did not have a ticket, and when the conductor approached him... he had taken his penis out of his pants.
He was taken into police custody and then transferred to the Lesquin CRA with a view to his deportation. (…)
