IKEA garage sales open: here's the list of stores where you can browse today

Feel like bargain hunting this weekend? Ikea is organizing charity yard sales in the parking lots of several stores across France. RMC Conso tells you all about the dates, times, and locations of these events, which begin this Saturday, June 7.
This initiative was launched by the furniture retailer in 2012, with an initial test in Dijon. Since then, the concept has come a long way, notably with the recent success of the Belgian edition in 2024, where eight stores simultaneously hosted a garage sale. Ikea has therefore decided to expand these events in France.
The goal is to encourage second-hand goods. For buyers, it's an opportunity to "give everyday objects a second life and treat themselves at a low price," says the Swedish furniture giant. You can find anything at these garage sales, since exhibitors are not required to bring only IKEA items. Furniture, decor, tableware, toys, books, textiles, and more will be on sale.
More than twenty stores will be participating in these solidarity events on June 7, 14, 21, and 28. This Saturday, June 7, the following stores will welcome participants from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
- Lens - Hénin-Beaumont
- Brest
- Paris - Pleasure
- Paris - Evry
- Paris - North
- Lille - Lomme
- Bordeaux
- Rennes
- Reims
- Caen
- Strasburg
- Paris - Villiers
- Velizy
- Toulon - La Valette-du-Var
- Clermont-Ferrand
- Paris - Franconville
- Tours
- Mulhouse
- Orleans
- Paris - Italy 2 (and also June 8)
The Rouen garage sale will be held on June 14 and the Toulouse one on June 21. The Dijon store will hold flea markets every Saturday from June 7 to 28.
For buyers, no registration is necessary. For those who would like to exhibit, latecomers can try to find a still available space by visiting this website , or go directly to the store. You must be an Ikea Family member and provide a sworn statement of not participating in more than two similar events during the year, as well as proof of identity.
The €10 registration fee, for a 2.50m space and up to a maximum of two spaces per exhibitor, will then be donated to local charities. For example, in Toulouse, the funds raised will be donated to Hôpital Sourire.
