Lena Situations will once again host the César ceremony

Lena Situations once again on the red carpet of the César Awards. Like last year, the fashion influencer followed by 4.8 million subscribers on Instagram will host the prestigious ceremony on Canal+.
The announcement was made by the channel via a video on Instagram, this Monday, February 24. In the short production, we can see Lena Situations face her worst nightmares during this 50th awards evening .
She alternately messes up her makeup just before arriving on the red carpet, doesn't know what questions to ask the stars, tears her dress and ends up naked on the red carpet.
Specifically, the content creator will be responsible for interviewing the stars present alongside the host Laurie Cholewa. They will be live on Canal+, in the clear, from 7:45 p.m. on February 28, to cover the ceremony. She will also be live on the channel's Tiktok and Dailymotion accounts.
A role that Lena Situations had already occupied last year. Her presence had also been widely criticized by some Internet users on social networks, considering that it was not legitimate for a videographer to collect the impressions of the invited movie stars.
"I understand that my place can be disturbing. I can understand that I am not in the box in which I started or the one in which some would like me to stay. But I never feel as much in MY place as when through digital I can bring together curious people and share moments with enthusiasts," she replied on Instagram.
This is not the first time that influencers have been invited to host official ceremonies. Paola Locatelli interviewed stars during the NRJ Music Awards 2024.
In early February, Lena Situations was also announced to commentate the Oscars on Disney+ . Information quickly denied on X, ex-Twitter. She then specified that she would indeed be at the American ceremony "but for another job".
