PSG-Arsenal: Paris, celebrating and in the final, is close to its dream of winning the Champions League

Luis Enrique, his staff and his players, overjoyed, jumping into each other's arms and raising their victorious fists, during their lap of honour; a Parc des Princes crowd in ecstasy and in communion with their team, with fireworks to complete this festive evening: Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) continued its European adventure with a victory (2-1) against Arsenal on its home turf (3-1 on aggregate after the 1-0 success in the first leg ), in the second leg of the Champions League (C1) semi-final.
This victory opens the door to the final of the most prestigious club competition, on May 31, in Munich, against Inter Milan. This will be the second in their history, after the one lost against Bayern Munich (0-1), in 2020, in the tireless quest for a first Champions League trophy by the Qataris, since their arrival in 2011.
From the moment the final whistle blew, an immense collective joy was heard throughout the capital. PSG supporters converged on the Champs-Élysées to celebrate the qualification, to the sound of horns and victory chants. This joy contrasted with the restraint imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic five years earlier, when the club had reached the same stage of the competition.
