The city of Metz distributes free alert key rings to women

Dozens of women turned out on Monday, February 24, for the first day of a distribution of alert key rings offered free of charge by the city of Metz, to combat violence against women. All you have to do is pull on a small cord to activate the alarm, which will scream at 140 decibels.
