Katzenthal. The Tour of Terroirs stops at Wineck

Since 2023, Alsatian winegrowers have been meeting the public in the heart of the vineyards, in June and July, to share their expertise and their great wines!
This is the principle of the Tournée des terroirs, whose second stop of the year is planned for Sunday, June 8, in Katzenthal, to discover its grand cru Wineck-Schlossberg. Around fifteen wine estates from the area will be represented at the foot of the Château du Wineck (which will be open to visitors) and will offer activities, free of charge, such as the discovery of winemaking tools or red wine painting with Laurent Bessot (workshop by reservation) or paid activities such as a geological approach to the terroirs of Katzenthal (€15, by reservation) or a vertical tasting of old vintages of Wineck-Schlossberg (€20, by reservation).
It will be possible to eat on site: Au bon Stück, (burger food truck), Fugu Sushis, Le Fournil du K, Lorenzo Pizza.
The Tournée des terroirs will then stop in Mittelbergheim on June 15, Beblenheim on June 22, Hunawihr on June 29, Bergheim on July 6, Dambach-la-Ville on July 13 and Kaysersberg on July 20.
Sunday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., at Château du Wineck in Katzenthal. A free eight-seater shuttle will be available to reach the château for those who wish to do so. Admission: €5 with a glass and glass holder, free for children. For the full program, book on the Tournée des Terroirs website.
