Subsequently, on June 5, 2014, the decree for the creation of this Park was signed, at the Teich ornithological park.

Since then, this new Park encompasses an area of ​​435 km² of marine spaces, including oyster farming, fishing, pleasure boating, naval industry, and seaside activities.
