Lyon 9th. Work on Voie Lyonnaise 3: Quai Arloing remains one-way

The Arloing quayside is under construction until February 2026. This is the time it takes for the Lyon Metropolitan Area to complete one of the sections of the Voie Lyonnaise 3. The problem is this: this development will result in the quayside becoming one-way. And this is "a permanent configuration," according to the Metropolitan Area's services.

Traffic is complicated on Quai Arloing. The work underway since June has made access for cars, pedestrians, and bicycles very difficult between the Koenig and Georges-Clémenceau bridges. The reason for this new upheaval?
