Stress, bullying, and harassment: a former executive and member of the Moët Hennessy management committee is taking the LVMH group 's wine and spirits subsidiary to the labor court. She alleges toxic management amidst an internal culture worthy of a "boys club," according to a Financial Times investigation . The source of the case is the former chief of staff of the global distribution director, Maria Gasparovic, who filed a complaint for sexual harassment, discrimination, and unfair dismissal, and is seeking €1.3 million in damages. The firm firmly denies the charges and has filed a defamation lawsuit, with a trial expected to take place this fall.

Maria Gasparovic was fired in June 2024, four months after alerting her superiors and the human resources department. She claims to have been the target of sexist remarks after reporting behavior deemed inappropriate to her management.
