The bad reputation of agencies has become a nightmare for many real estate agents. A director, who spoke anonymously, plans to leave the Stéphane Plaza network in a few weeks, because the work of these agents is becoming more and more complicated. "We are ashamed. We invented an agency name that does not exist to avoid getting hit in the nose," he said.

The consequences are sometimes more serious. Another franchisee confides that she has placed her two agencies in liquidation. "A Stéphane Plaza agency is unsaleable," she says. She is not the only one, because according to our information, today nearly a hundred agencies want to leave the network.
