Vénissieux: Town center businesses at the June 2nd municipal council meeting

On the agenda are thirty resolutions, including two concerning downtown commerce. These are expected to spark debate.
Nicolas Porret, Deputy Mayor for Commerce, will present a project aimed at providing assistance to retailers to beautify their signs and storefronts. There will also be a call for applications for the lease of Flowers Sushi Koyo, a sushi florist located at 12 rue Paul-Bert, whose purchase by the City in October 2024 caused controversy .
During this council, the municipal elected officials should also extend the school week to four days and discuss the project to transform the old town hall into a House of Memories .
