At 48, Stéphanie Penin suffered a cardiac arrest during the Fête de la Musique on June 21 in Vesoul. Two days after witnessing death up close, the mother and nurse spotted a puncture wound on her thigh. More than a month later, questions still plague her. Neither the medical profession nor the investigation have yet demonstrated any correlation between this puncture and her cardiac arrest.
