Phalsbourg. In memory of Noéline, a Relay of Hope stops at the Place d'Armes

Having left Meaux, the sports relay of the Noéline en chœur association stopped at the Place d'Armes in Phalsbourg on May 24, welcomed by members of the local Lions club, in partnership with the City.

Noéline was a little girl affected by a rare genetic disease. She passed away in 2019 at the age of 9, accompanied with tenderness and love by her mother until her last breath. Even today, there is no place specifically dedicated to welcoming families and loved ones during these particularly difficult times.
