Pollution in Lyon: Air quality deteriorates this Wednesday

Summer weather conditions across the Lyon region will cause a deterioration in air quality this Wednesday, April 30. Ozone concentrations will continue to rise, and air quality is expected to deteriorate in the Lyon metropolitan area and be poor locally.

Concentrations of multi-pollutants and ozone will be poor, while those of fine particles and sulfur dioxide will remain average. The peak in ozone pollution will occur between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in Lyon.
