Hambach. Ineos Automotive: an early cessation of activity agreement signed

The CFTC, CFE-CGC, and CFDT unions signed an early retirement agreement with the management of Ineos Automotive in Hambach, guaranteeing substantial compensation for employees. The CGT union, however, rejected the agreement, deeming the guarantees insufficient to ensure the future of the site.

An early retirement agreement (CAA) was recently signed between the management of Ineos Automotive in Hambach and the CFTC, CFE-CGC, and CFDT unions. Its objective is to secure working conditions and compensation for employees. This plan, which has been extended until January 31, 2026, provides substantial compensation: 32 months of full salary, less seniority, for workers, and 27 months of full salary, less seniority, for managers.
