The Alliance VITA collective is calling for "a large-scale mobilization this Monday across France to demand care and reject euthanasia . " In Lyon, a rally is planned for 7 p.m. at Place Bellecour.
“The emergency is access to care”For Arnould Casati, representative of the collective: "The emergency is access to care, rather than legislating on euthanasia and assisted suicide, which are not priorities."
The texts that will be debated starting this Monday concern palliative care and the "right to assisted dying." This is not the first time that the "pro-life" association has called for campaigning ; as a reminder, it was founded in 1993 by Christine Boutin.
