Since 2018, the Château de Saint-Priest has been operated under a public service delegation (DSP) for its reception and event organization activities, as well as for its new catering activity.

"This direction has proven to be relevant, appreciated by the people of Sanpriot and having contributed to the influence of the territory," rejoiced the mayor (LR) Gilles Gascon while presenting, during the municipal council of April 24, 2025, a deliberation for the renewal of this DSP.
