The National Basketball League renamed the historic Pro B league on Tuesday. The second division, home to Antibes and Hyères-Toulon, will become Elite 2 starting next season.
The idea is to harmonize the identity of the professional championships, the former Pro A having been called Betclic Elite for several years.
Both, as well as the youth championships, also have a new logo representing, according to the LNB, "a stylized crown, an extension of the net of a basketball hoop."
