PSG is banking on an 18-year-old to strengthen its attack

With Paris Saint-Germain currently competing in the Club World Cup in the United States, Luis Campos is focusing on the Parisian club's summer transfer window. In line with recent transfers, PSG continues to focus on youth, such as the club's new signing: Ethan Luvambano.
According to Le Parisien and Foot Mercato, the Le Havre winger, who has scored five goals with the U19s this season, will sign a three-year professional contract with PSG. At 18, the striker will obviously not be disrupting the current first-team hierarchy. He will initially join the Parisian club's youth system to acclimate to the demands of the top level. The goal is to join the senior team's rotation and follow a Warren Zaire-Emery trajectory.
Luvambano's arrival is part of a healthy relationship between PSG and Le Havre. The two clubs have collaborated on several occasions recently, notably during the loan of Parisian Ilyes Housni to Ciel et Marine. This is therefore a surprise signing for Paris Saint-Germain fans, who were perhaps expecting a more high-profile name. A signing that confirms the change of direction decided by the Parisian board last season and which has largely paid off.
Competing in the Club World Cup, the competition that closes the season, Paris got off to a perfect start with a resounding 4-0 victory over Atlético Madrid . Luis Enrique's men will next play Botafogo on July 20 before the final group stage encounter against Seattle on July 23.
