Sailing: Behind the scenes of Caudrelier's victory in the Arkea Ultim Challenge

The Gitana team has put online a web series recounting, with unpublished images, the victory of the French skipper in the solo round the world race in Ultim.

On February 27, Charles Caudrelier won the first edition of the Arkea Ultim Challenge , a solo round-the-world sailing race on giant trimarans. A fifty-day sprint (50 days 19 hours 7 minutes and 42 seconds) at the helm of the Maxi Edmond de Rothschild.

The Gitana team, responsible for preparing the boat, has put online the episodes of a web series recounting this adventure in a third season which follows the one devoted to the conquest of the Jules Verne Trophy and then to Charles Caudrelier's victory in the Route du Rhum 2022. The opportunity to discover the preparations, the functioning of an ocean racing team, the doubts of each person, life at sea but also that of the team on land with many unpublished images.
