Transfer window: a former Parisian is heading to Boca Juniors

Leandro Paredes could return to his former club Boca Juniors this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 30-year-old confirmed he has a "desire" to leave Roma for Argentina.

Leandro Paredes could well leave Europe. The Argentinian is reportedly close to a return to Boca Juniors, which he left in 2014 for Chievo Verona. He himself has stated that there is a "desire" to leave Roma for his training club, but that "it doesn't depend on a single decision."

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano assures that "discussions have begun and that the player has been Boca Juniors' main target for weeks." The arrival of new coach Gian Piero Gasperini in the Italian capital could well reshuffle the cards.
