Eurochestries: 350 young artists and 12 concerts in Vals de Saintonge

Twelve Eurochestries concerts will take place from August 2 to 8 in the Vals de Saintonge. Reservations are now open.
Nothing can stop Claude Révolte and his Eurochestries team: neither geopolitical uncertainties, nor financial constraints, nor organizational difficulties. This year again, the Eurochestries festival will be, in our towns and rural villages, the cultural event of the heart of summer. 65 concerts are planned, including 12 in Vals de Saintonge. Coming from ten countries, from China to Mexico, from Lithuania to Albania, eleven groups, from quartets to symphony orchestras, and a total of 350 young artists aged 15 to 25, passionate about classical music, will participate in this 36th edition.
Before the closing concerts, on August 10 and 11 in Jonzac and Pons, they will crisscross our region, to the delight of music lovers, but also of everyone, residents and tourists alike. "Organized in collaboration with the municipalities, these concerts, free or at a low price, are also an opportunity to showcase our heritage," says Claude Révolte, president of the festival, who also emphasizes the friendship that is created between the young musicians. "We are working for peace!" he assures. A peace that everyone today wishes to see return to...
