The “communicator of the year under 35” award, assigned by the Ischia Journalism Prize, will be named, starting this year, after Mario Bologna. Historic spokesperson for Antonio Bassolino, first at the Municipality of Naples and then at the Campania Region, Bologna has played an important role in the world of journalism and communications in Campania. A former journalist for L'Unità and head of communications for Guida Editore, Bologna in his various roles has always paid great attention to young journalists from Campania newspapers, innovating the sector of institutional communications. For this reason, the Ischia Prize, starting this year, has decided to dedicate an award to him, which will be assigned next weekend to Jacopo Gasperetti, who began his career at just 21 years old as Spokesperson for the Deputy Minister for Economic Development in the Conte and Draghi Governments. The Ischia Prize, together with a group of friends and colleagues of Mario Bologna, is also organizing a scholarship for the next edition, also named after Bassolino's spokesperson, who passed away a year ago.

The 46th edition of the Ischia Award is sponsored by the Campania Region, the Municipality of Lacco Ameno d'Ischia, the Institute for Sports and Cultural Credit and Siae, with the contribution of Aci - Automobile Club Italia, Gruppo Unipol, Gruppo Menarini, Mundys spa, A2A and ICorporate. Media Partners of the event are Skytg24, Italpress and Data Stampa.
