Pordenone Fiere 2024 budget approved

The Pordenone Fiere Members' Meeting was held today in the Council Room of the Pordenone exhibition centre, convened to approve the financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

In addition to the mayor of Pordenone Alessandro Basso and other mayors of the area, Silvano Pascolo representing the Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone and Udine, the entire Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors were present.

The budget was approved unanimously by the Members present, who also resolved – upon proposal of the Board of Directors – to allocate the operating profit, equal to 551,905 euros , to the extraordinary reserve fund.

A choice linked to important investments in the redevelopment of the fair district already planned and necessary for the launch of new events.

The economic results confirm the positive trend of recent years: the turnover increased by 23% compared to the previous even year (2924) and by 44% compared to the odd year (2023). The biennial nature of many trade fairs organized by Pordenone Fiere determines physiological fluctuations in the annual data, but the overall picture highlights solid growth. The gross operating margin also marked an increase of 56% compared to 2023 .

In even years, the net profit remains stable at around half a million euros , while in odd years it tends to approach break-even, in line with the trade fair schedule.

During the Assembly, the Members expressed full appreciation for the results achieved , underlining the commitment and professionalism of the Pordenone Fiere staff. Satisfaction was also expressed for the rich 2024 calendar , which includes a wide variety of thematic and sectoral events.

In closing, the President provided an update on the budget performance as of March 31, 2025 : the data are higher than the forecasts of the approved budget and give hope for a good result also in 2025, despite it being an odd year with a lower concentration of events.

Pordenone Fiere is the fair not only of Pordenone, but of the entire territory and all the initiatives implemented and the value created are for the benefit of the territory itself.

Particular satisfaction was also expressed for the success of the first edition of the recently concluded event 104_The Caregiving Expo , which received excellent feedback both in terms of organization and participation.
