Roberti, the construction site of the San Floriano Town Hall is strategic

“The Region supports the small municipalities of the territory to face the challenges of modernizing the infrastructures serving the citizen. The construction site started for the redevelopment of the Municipality of San Floriano del Collio will deliver to the citizens a renovated and accessible structure, generating at the same time a positive economic impact for the territory”.

This was expressed by the regional councilor for Local Authorities Pierpaolo Roberti, who today visited the municipal headquarters of San Floriano del Collio where the works financed by the Region with the instrument of concertation are underway. In detail, three contributions of 1,284,794 euros each were granted for static adaptation and seismic improvement interventions, partial energy and plant adaptation and internal redevelopment of the building.

As the assessor recalled, the regional administration has allocated over 600 million euros for concertations in recent years. “The direct financing of certain public works by the Region allows for the lightening of municipal budgets and significantly reducing the risk of indebtedness – observed Roberti -. With concertation, the dialogue between the various institutional levels is constant. In this way, it becomes easier to identify the real needs of the territory and the actual possibility of the local authority to carry out the planned interventions”.
