Antonella Chiariello new country manager and CEO of Wella Italia

Antonella Chiariello is the new country manager and CEO of Wella Italia.

Already CFO Italy & Greece and director of strategic development for the Italian market - leading Wella in the carve-out from Coty to the acquisition of KKR and promoting an operating model oriented towards growth and sustainability - Chiariello brings to this new role many years of experience in the financial and strategic fields gained in multinational companies in the beauty sector and beyond, including Nestlè, L'Oréal and Coty.

In his new role, he will lead an organization of over 270 employees and be responsible for a portfolio of market-leading brands - Wella Professionals, System Professional, OPI, Nioxin, Sebastian Professional - serving over 10,000 partner salons across Italy and the omni-channel cosmetics channels.
