Kojima Productions Announces Death Stranding 2 World Tour

The new chapter by Hideo Kojima will be accompanied by a world tour that will stop in twelve cities, including Lucca in November, the only Italian date
Kojima Productions has officially announced a global tour in celebration of the launch of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, set to launch exclusively for PlayStation 5 on June 26, 2025. The tour will take place in twelve cities around the world, giving fans the opportunity to celebrate the game alongside the development team and special guests. The game marks the return of Sam Porter Bridges to a world still torn apart, on a new mission to reconnect humanity. Joined by a new cast of characters, Sam will venture beyond the borders of the United States of America to face supernatural threats and an existential question that hangs over every step: was it even right to connect at all?
The tour, called Death Stranding World Strand Tour 2, will kick off on June 8 in Los Angeles and will travel to cities including Tokyo, Paris, London, Seoul, Shanghai, and Lucca, where it will stop in November. Details on the specific events in each location will be shared at a later date. Death Stranding 2: On the Beach sees the return of Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, and Troy Baker, joined by Elle Fanning, Shioli Kutsuna, and Academy Award-winning director George Miller. The project also confirms longtime collaborators, including Yoji Shinkawa as art director for characters and mechanics, Ludvig Forssell as music director, and Kyle Cooper as opening credits creator.
Hideo Kojima's new production aims once again to break the boundaries of traditional video games, combining narrative, visual and audio elements in an experience that blends adventure, philosophical reflection and artistic experimentation. A taste of the new title was recently offered to the public during a special panel held at SXSW in Austin, Texas, where Kojima spoke with Norman Reedus, Troy Baker and Woodkid to present the latest news on the game.
