Roma has officially signed Daniele Ghilardi from Verona. The defender has signed a contract until 2030 and was immediately named in Gian Piero Gasperini's squad for today's friendly against Lens in France. "AS Roma is pleased to announce the signing of Daniele Ghilardi from Hellas Verona. The 2003-born defender joins the Giallorossi after making 24 Serie A appearances in the 2024-25 season," the club wrote in a statement, adding that "Ghilardi will wear the number 87 shirt."
