Luciano Darderi wins the ATP 250 tournament in Bastad

Luciano Darderi won the ATP 250 tournament in Bastad , Sweden . The 23-year-old, No. 55 ATP ranked player , defeated Dutchman Jesper De Jong in three sets, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, in just over two hours of play. This is Darderi's third victory on the tour , and his second in 2025, following the one he achieved last April in Marrakech, Morocco .

"It's beautiful. I've been nervous since last night. It's my third title and I'm only 23 years old. It was also my first time in Bastad, and I won . It's truly incredible. I'm trying to stay focused and keep growing, and hopefully we can continue like this," he commented during the awards ceremony.
