Padel, CTP Vaiano promoted to Serie C for the first time

Prato, July 20, 2025 – CTP Vaiano will be the first men's team to represent the province of Prato in the upcoming Serie C padel championship. The Vaiano club announced this in recent days, following their victory against Libertas Sport Livorno, which allowed the team to qualify for the higher category. This achievement culminates a more than successful season for the Vaiano club, in a sport that gained traction at the provincial level pre-Covid and then exploded in interest during the pandemic years. More and more tennis teams have seized the opportunity, also forming one or more padel teams. And CTP's attention, at this point, will inevitably turn to the next Serie C championship, with the dream of climbing further and continuing its ascent.
