Riccardo Cincinelli and Filippo Guiducci on the track at the Italian Athletics Championships

Arezzo, July 8, 2025 – Alga Atletica Arezzo is back on the track in the Italian championships. The Arezzo club's summer saw another stage at the national finals of the Promesse and Juniores categories with two boys, Riccardo Cincinelli and Filippo Guiducci, who first earned the pass to compete in the most important event of the season and then performed well compared to the best peers on the entire peninsula.
The Italian championships, held in Grosseto, in fact found their peak in the assignment of the tricolors in the various disciplines of speed, jumps and throws, renewing a comparison between some of the greatest promises of youth lightweight athletes.
The most significant placing was achieved by Guiducci, born in 2007, who, in his first year among the Juniors, competed in the long jump where he recorded a performance of 6.71 meters which earned him thirteenth place nationally.
A particularly positive performance was recorded by Cincinelli, born in 2005, who, in the 110m hurdles among the Promises, set the clock at 15.15 seconds, which represents his new personal best, which was worth seventeenth place in the final and which, above all, opened the doors to access the National Challenges for qualification for the Italian Absolute Championships.
These two athletes, trained respectively by Paolo Tenti and Gloria Sadocchi, have once again demonstrated the high level of preparation set up at the “Tenti” stadium in Arezzo, reiterating the constant growth of the city's youth sector and the club's ability to train young talents ready to compete with the elite of national athletics.
The previous week, in fact, Stella Arniani, Gemma Fabbriciani, Filippo Misuri and Francesco Tortorelli had also enjoyed the opportunity to participate in the Italian Student Championships, bringing enthusiasm, commitment and good results to the track that enriched the overall balance of the outdoor competition season of Alga Atletica Arezzo.
