Roma drew 2-2 with Neom seven days before the start of Serie A

Seven days after their league debut against Bologna at the Olimpico, Roma drew 2-2 against Saudi club Neom at the 'Stripe' in Frosinone.

Kumbulla (close to joining Mallorca) and Salah-Eddine are also out, like the Albanian center-back who is at the center of Roma's outgoings. During the match played at the Benito Stirpe in Frosinone, Gasperini even had a moment to vent, shouting "Where is he, where is he?" at the bench following a mistake by Ghilardi in the first half.
