The new UEFA A course has been inaugurated: in the class there are very well-known names in Italian football

The new Uefa A course, the second highest level of training for a coach, has been inaugurated in Coverciano. The students will be required to follow a 192-hour educational program that will continue - always in the classrooms of the Federal Technical Center - until next July 24th.

Among the students there is no shortage of well-known names in Italian football, starting with Leonardo Bonucci, former defender who won the European Championship in 2021 with the national team, as well as the fourth player ever with the most appearances for the Azzurri. Also among the benches are “old” acquaintances of the top championship such as Davide Brivio, Marco Capparella, Marino Defendi, Daniele Dessena, Pablo Gonzalez, Davide Marchini, Gabriel Paletta, Eros Schiavon and Miguel Veloso.

There are over 200,000 UEFA-qualified coaches across Europe, from grassroots heroes to top professional teams.
