Canaco Tizimín renews its board of directors with a vision of growth

TIZIMÍN.- The National Chamber of Commerce (Canaco) Tizimín delegation formally celebrated the swearing-in of the new board of directors, headed by Ricardo Martín Segura.
The ceremony was presided over by José Enrique Molina Casares , recently appointed president of Canaco Servytur Mérida .
More than 100 members attended the event, witnessing the commitment made by the new members of the board.
Martín Segura officially assumed the presidency of the delegation surrounded by a team of businessmen, among whom several women from Tizimil stand out.
In his message he highlighted the achievements of the chamber in the last two years, highlighting a significant increase of 150% in the membership base.

He also mentioned that monthly work meetings, business training and programs for linking with authorities have been consolidated.
One of the most notable initiatives presented was the creation of the business network, an innovative project that places Canaco Tizimín members in the digital world, facilitating their access to new business and growth opportunities .
The new president reported that this council is made up of businessmen committed to a vision of growth , innovation and teamwork.
“In 2025, we have a clear work plan and we are here to join forces, because when we work together, we can achieve significant changes .”

For his part, state leader José Enrique Molina, highlighted the importance of the Tizimín delegation, pointing out that it is the second most important in the state, after Mérida.
He added that the sum of all the delegations in Yucatan represents the tertiary sector, that is, 80% of the state's companies .
He even said that the economic development of Tizimín is driven mainly by livestock farming.
At the end, the swearing-in ceremony was held in the presence of municipal authorities and a get-together was offered to the affiliated members and guests.
