Pablo Montero is in the eye of the storm after being accused by influencer Elda María of physically assaulting her in Tulum. According to reports, the controversy began when the singer allegedly proposed they participate in a threesome, which she refused.

The influencer reported that after rejecting him, the singer hit her, leaving her with visible injuries. The accusation quickly went viral on social media after she shared her version of events and showed alleged evidence of the assault, sparking criticism of Montero.

In response, Pablo categorically denied the accusations, calling the story inconsistent and stating, "Any intelligent person, if they watch her speech, would realize it." He added that it was all false and that he was focused on celebrating his 25-year career. He also suggested that the influencer was seeking media attention.

So far, no concrete legal progress has been reported, but the case has divided opinions online, with some defending her and others demanding justice for her.
