VATICAN CITY, 06/05/2025.- All personnel, ecclesiastical or lay, from the masters of ceremony to the elevator operators, who will be involved in the organization of the conclave to elect the new pope, will take an oath this Monday to maintain absolute secrecy of everything that happens. All those who will participate in the conclave starting on the 7th, approved by the cardinal camerlengo and the three attending cardinals, in accordance with the Apostolic Constitution Universi Dominici Gregis, must take and sign the oath at 5:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m. GMT) in the Pauline Chapel.
