Reboot the corrupted system

The Cerdán case has shaken the country. On Thursday, following Pedro Sánchez's appearance at 5:15 p.m., television stations suspended afternoon series, leaving thousands of people unable to watch them.
Is it possible for politics, the state, and the party to interfere more in normal life? Politics is already the main focus of noise and useless agitation; all that's missing is a disruption to the sacred routine.
The outrage was palpable. Thousands, or hundreds of thousands, of people who provide stability to a turbulent country thanks to mid-afternoon fiction saw the most sacred aspect of democracy—the inertia of the couch—upset in order to witness yet another sudden presidential appearance. This isn't serious .
The stability of the system depends largely on the television schedules and the legal certainty that they will broadcast the corresponding episodes.
So, after the Great Blackout (a de facto state secret), the program is now interrupted by corruption , which is routine by definition, something best not to think about. If there's one thing that's routine in Spain, it's corruption. That's why experts call it "systematic" or "structural."
Sánchez finally emerged in emotional mode. This approach, already well-rehearsed during his week-long absence last year during the Begoña case , partly makes up for the loss of the afternoon soap operas, as Sánchez is an accomplished (and somewhat wasted) actor . He's thin and only needs a bit of crying (which the president of Navarra, a friend of the circus, did express).
Oh, what a huge disappointment. Sánchez convinced his CIS (Civil Defense Council) and outlined the roadmap: out with the corrupt traitor, someone else in place... in July, nominations will be accepted for the seat previously occupied by Ábalos and Cerdán , an external audit of the party will be commissioned (performed by the UCO (Citizens' Union), if necessary, or Bárcenas!)... and so on until 2027 .
The practical problem is public works : how are they going to continue if the flushing mechanism has been broken or interrupted?
There may be other parallel mechanisms and/or those dependent on other administrations, but the Santos bloc has come to a standstill .
Kickbacks on public works and the financing of political parties and individuals should be fixed; commissions should be more or less regulated within the system, along with the CPI.
Since Pascual Maragall dared to appoint 3% of committees in the Catalan Parliament, referring to CiU, many projects have been completed, and everything is going well.
In business, there must be a certain inertia, a routine . Even, or especially, in illegal businesses, there must be "legal security" for the criminals: silence, discretion, enforcement . Enough with the recording!
From now on, negotiators in these matters may have to learn sign language .
The biggest reason for the Sánchez government's fall is that its public works contracting system has been damaged: funding has been cut off, many people are left without their money , loyalties are lacking... and companies don't know what to expect or who to deal with... No corrupt country can tolerate this.
In a legal, transparent environment (a hypothetical case), the public procurement system can be rebuilt after a shock; but in the 3% area (or whatever the corresponding figure may be, which has perhaps risen), there may be some delay, as mistrust entails friction, extra costs, and time . It's logical that the lieutenants of the respective teams don't want to take risks... at least until they learn sign language.
This business impasse could bring down Sánchez more than the capture of his top collaborators. Let's see who dares to build a highway or expand an airport.
