Saltillo: ARHCOS renews its leadership and grows 29 percent in membership

The Association of Human Resources Administrators of Coahuila Sureste (ARHCOS) presented its annual results report and carried out the swearing-in of the Board of Directors and Work Committees 2025-2026 , in which Xavier Galindo Valdés was re-elected as president.
Among the main achievements of the last year, a 29 percent growth in membership was highlighted, in addition to a healthy financial status, with zero debt and a smooth portfolio recovery.

In his message, Galindo Valdés stressed: “Our association has a clear direction. We are more than 200 members, we have a solid administrative structure, healthy finances and, above all, I reaffirm my commitment to continue working hard for our beloved organization.”
Thanks to the transparency in the management of the board, the remodeling of the offices was achieved without acquiring debt, in addition to having a fund for future improvements and events.
Another relevant announcement was the creation of the Committee of Former Presidents, led by Armando Mireles. This group will work on strategic advice, knowledge transfer, networking, institutional representation and crisis management.
Regarding the activities report, it was highlighted that ARHCOS has 21 affiliated companies that represent 218,400 collaborators, a growth of 29 percent.

In addition, seven working committees were formed with 132 participants, 51 in-person and virtual sessions were held, and more than 396 interactions were recorded in the Socio Pregunta rapid survey. Data was also collected from more than 340 partners in the monthly Benchmark of absenteeism and staff turnover in the Southeast Region.
In the area of social responsibility, the support provided to various associations and the close collaboration with universities were highlighted.
The Mayor of Saltillo, Javier Díaz, acknowledged the role of ARHCOS in the synergy with civil society organizations to benefit vulnerable sectors. He also mentioned the importance of defining the type of industry that should be established in the region to strengthen its competitiveness.
During the event, awards were given to outstanding members of ARHCOS committees for their participation and commitment.
